This Weekends Track Is Greg Biffle’s Favorite Because It Is In Brooklyn
Exiting his motor coach on Friday morning, Greg Biffle took in a deep breath and admired his surroundings. “You can’t beat this,” Biffle said with a smile. “Brooklyn. The history, the atmosphere, there’s no place like it.” Showing a clear affinity for Brooklyn, Biffle goes on and on about the Brooklyn Dodger teams of the mid 50’s, the Brooklyn Museum, the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest at Coney Island and of course the infamous Brooklyn Bridge.
“You know it’s funny, I’ve never been able to visit any of these historic sites while at this track in Brooklyn because I have always been busy with corporate sponsor parties. One day I’d like to get out there and actually be a tourist. I even thought about entering the hot dog eating contest this summer but it conflicts with race day” said Biffle.
Clearly Greg Biffle is a man that loves Brooklyn. The only problem is that Biffle is unclear on where he is geographically speaking. “Man I love New York” Biffle responded when asked to identify Brooklyn’s location on the map. “Is this a joke? Everybody knows Brooklyn is in New York.” When informed that Brooklyn is a city in Michigan as well as New York, Biffle paused for a moment before deciding that a joke was being played on him. “Ahh, nice try,” Biffle laughed. “Thought you could get one over on the old Biff didn’t you?”
