Regan Smith ordered the special for breakfast this morning at The Jumbo Diner in Hartsville, South Carolina, and didn’t raise any eyebrows. But local eaters did notice Smith, who is from Cato, New York, apprehensively looking at his plate, then beckoning for the waitress.
